Problems: 1. Marles breached the register rules, and consequently the Ministerial Code of Conduct, by not disclosing who provided him with a free round of golf at a top US club and for not disclosing the hospitality to the register within 28 days.
2. In August 2022 the Deputy PM declared his sponsored trip to China in September 2019. He should've declared it 28 days after the event (not nearly 3 years later), so he could be found guilty of serious contempt of parliament.
