Breach:
1. Failure to disclose to the Register of Senators' Interests her trip to Israel and Palestine in the week of 28 August – 3 September 2022 as a guest of the Australia/Israel & Jewish Affairs Council (AIJAC). Under the Senate register rules, alterations to interests need to be declared within 35 days. 8 October was the deadline for the senator to declare the trip if she arrived back the last day of the week, 3 September.
2. Failure to disclose her shareholding and directorship of SLN Services Pty Limited when she lodged her initial statement of interests on 23 August. We emailed her about this on 31 August but received no reply, but she quietly updated her statement on 7 September to declare her shareholding in the company. The senator has still failed to declare her directorship.
3. Failure to disclose her helicopter flight around Newcastle in 2020 paid for by the Newcastle Port Corporation to promote its fuel store potential under the Morrison government's $260 million diesel storage program.
