Tim Wilson's share trades suggest he's not hopeful

When Tim Wilson was appointed shadow treasurer last month he seemed to think he was a fiscal Jesus with his declaration at his first press conference that "hope is on the way".

But some of his shareholdings suggest Timbo isn’t so hopeful about the Australian stock market, with The Guardian revealing one of his investments, Betashares Australian Equities Strong Bear Complex ETF, makes a buck when the ASX 200 goes backwards.
